The DTU Department of Bioengineering wishes to purchase 4 bioreactor systems ranging in size form 15 mL to 50 L. The systems will be used for teaching mammalian bioprocess and for protein production.System 1 should be a small volume, high throughput automatic device.System 2 should be a quad 2 L system.System 3 should be a 25 L wavebag.System 4 should be a 50 L reactor. All systems should be single use and support perfusion or perfusion mimic. An option for a service agreement is also part of the tender. The estimated contract value is DKK 7 000 000-8 000 000.
