The scope of Services (the ‘Scope of Services’) for the tender comprises The primary purpose of the framework consultancy agreements are to meet the demands for temporary staff for Ørsted’s offshore wind farm projects located in Germany.The suppliers shall provide personnel in the form of temporary staff for Ørsted’s offshore wind farms or future offshore wind farms in Germany. The supplied temporary staff will be employed by the supplier and made available to Ørsted as consultants on an ad hoc basis.
