Beskrivelse
The Evaluation, Learning and Quality (ELK) Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (MFA) has entered into a contract regarding an independent evaluation to evaluate the Danish support for improving the framework conditions for Private Sector Development (PSD) in the Global South.The objectives of the evaluation are:- To document and analyse the relevance, coherence, effectiveness (focusing on outcomes/impact), efficiency (including value for money), sustainability of the Danish support for improving the framework conditions for PSD from 2008-2021.- To prepare recommendations for relevant Danish programmes and initiatives already in place as well as the future Danish support for improving the framework conditions for PSD.
