Project Scope New Control Room at Esbjerg Port offices As part of the expansion of the control room at Port Esbjerg including the accommodation of additional working stations for drone operations in collaboration with Esbjerg Airport, we are looking for a supplier that can deliver the equipment and installation of 4 new operator workstations, a new extended videowall, an interactive board and the system to connect them all. Objective: A wider Control Room able to accommodate the new needs to connect between systems from Esbjerg Airport and Port Esbjerg current IT solutions Workstations: • 3 screens 27” for each of two workstations for port operations and critical infrastructure • 2 screens 27” for one workstation for extra port operations • 4 screens 27” and 2 seats for one workstation for Drone Piloting/ Flight control activities • Each operator PC may be stored in the server room for noise and heat issues Videowall: 1 videowall accessible for all operators – dedicated area on the wall for drone pilots – please find the details at the appendix 1 Interactive Board: Interactive board in the control room to navigate through the Port maps, leave notes, and display any source – details in appendix 1 Sources / Visualization details: • 1 Milestone Server (77 videos including PTZ) • 1 TimeZero Server (4 video outputs) • 2 Kinetix views with cloud access web protocol → 1 Dashboard + 1 map • 1 Web page showing weather data • 5 views of 1 web page with Harbour Maps • 3 PC with KVM control for the port and critical operator workstations, 2 or 3 video outputs per PC • 2 PC with 8 video outputs including 1 for the ECDIS information • 1 view from the airport (helicopter) with cloud access Please review the full specification of the needed solutions– Appendix 1 All material needs to be delivered in English
