Advertisement of Monitoring Plant Communities using Metabarcoding

In this project, the Agency for Green Transition and Aquatic Environment is responsible for collecting the water samples in July till August 2025, while the supplier will be responsible for analysing the collected samples with metabarcoding. The main focus of the project is the plants on the attached species list (see Annex 2). However, the agency must withhold all the data generated during the metabarcoding analysis. The laboratory task consists of: • Analysing 15 eDNA samples with metabarcoding (plant marker) to search for the plants on the species list. • The tenderer must be able to take in all 15 samples within the budget. The maximum budget for the performance of the task is 31,000 DKK excl. VAT. Tenders above this budget will be rejected.
