Advertisement of Monitoring the Green Hawker Dragonfly using Metabarcoding

In this project, the Agency for Green Transition and Aquatic Environment is responsible for collecting the water samples in mid-July till mid-August 2025, while the supplier will be responsible for analysing the collected samples with metabarcoding. The main focus of the project is the green hawker dragonfly. However, the agency must withhold all the data generated during the metabarcoding analysis The laboratory task consists of: • Analysing 8 eDNA samples with metabarcoding (insect marker) mainly to search for the green hawker dragonfly, but also other insects in the ponds. • The tenderer must be able to take in all 8 samples within the budget. The maximum budget for the performance of the task is 32,000 DKK excl. VAT. Tenders above this budget will be rejected
