Digital platform for research community, application- and review process

The subject matter of this procurement is the supply of a fully developed and opera-tional Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. The solution shall provide a secure and us-er-friendly digital platform designed to facilitate a professional community between researchers, enterprises, and other relevant stakeholders. The platform shall enable structured sharing of scientific challenges, ideas, and project concepts, and shall fur-ther support the complete management of research grant application processes, in-cluding publication of calls, submission of applications, correspondence with appli-cants, involvement of review committees, scoring and evaluation, as well as decision-making workflows. The system shall in addition hereto contain relevant analytic tools and features as a minimum to monitor traffic and user interactions. The solution shall comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
