Contract on an Analysis of Competitiveness in a Nordic Perspective

Task description: The tenderer must generate in the form of a report in English an analysis of competitiveness in a Nordic perspective. To illustrate and exemplify the findings from the analysis of competitiveness parameters and make the overall findings more accessible to a non-expert audience, the tenderer should develop 5-10 case studies best practices from Nordic countries to strengthen competitiveness building on the research questions in the analysis. The case studies should cover a broad range of competitiveness issues, economic sectors and be drawn from as many Nordic countries as possible to ensure representativeness and ownership. The selection of case studies is based on the findings of the competitiveness analysis and input from the advisory group established to provide support for the work. Cases could include specific sectors and policy areas such as defence, critical materials, digital technologies, skills and training, access to finance etc.Objective: The objective the analysis is to explain key parameters of competitiveness in the Nordic region and to provide insights into key challenges to competitiveness as well as highlighting national and regional strongholds which can be potential drivers for increased competitiveness in the region.Language: The tender offer with all documents including any appendices to the solution description, must be submitted in the English language.Contract value: Maximum DKK 1500000.
