Inductively coupled plasma cleaner, for TEM samples and TFS/FEI -styled holders

DTU requires SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLY AND PURPOSE: DTU, seeks to purchase an inductively coupled plasma cleaner, for cleaning TEM samples and TFS/FEI-styled holders. The plasma cleaner should be able to sustain an Ar/O2 plasma for cleaning of carbonaceous spe-cies and surface functionalization.
