TEM plasma cleaner

DTU seeks to purchase an inductivly coupled plasma cleaner, for cleaning TEM samples and TFS/FEI-styled holders. The plasma cleaner should be able to sustain an Ar/O2 plasma for cleaning of carbonaceous and surface functionalization. Furthermore, the system should have a base pressure lower than 10^-7 mbar to ensure overall cleanliness of the system.
