Analysis of re-utilizing offshore areas after decommissioning of offshore wind farms

The overall scope of the study is to give an overview of any technical and economic challenges associated with reusing a previously utilized offshore wind area based on different decommissioning scenarios. Aside from the specific spatial challenges, the study should identify and assess other challenges related to reutilizing the area for offshore wind turbines and their support structures, including future generations of offshore wind farms.
