Legal advice from a US law firm on matters related to the US Securities Exchange Act. The procedure for awarding the contract will be carried out in two phases. The first phase is the prequalification phase. Interested candidates are requested to send an email to Kasper Hviid Friis, [email protected] with clear information on the legal entity applying for participation and a brief description of the experience in advising international investors on matters related to the US Securities Exchange Act. Danmarks Nationalbank will select three (3) applicants who will be invited to tender. The shortlisting of candidates invited to tender will be based on an evaluation of which candidates have described the most relevant experience in relation to the main service put up for tender. As a minimum requirement for participation, the candidate must be a qualified US law firm with extensive experience advising international investors on matters related to the US Securities Exchange Act. Candidates who are invited to tender will subsequently receive the tender documents. The awarding of the contract will be based on the best price-quality ratio, where quality weighs most.
