Supplier of Analytical Assistance and Consultancy as European Researcher in the context of the 11th Cycle of the EU Youth Dialogue during the Presidency in Denmark

In order to support the Danish Presidency in planning the second EU Youth Conference during the Trio presidency (which takes place from 21st to 23rd of September 2025 in Copenhagen), the Ministry of Children and Education (BUVM) will select a supplier of analytical assistance and consultancy for the role as European researchers. The following tasks are to be distributed among the supplier involved in the process and cover only the period from July until December 2025. • Support the European Steering Group (ESG) in planning the EU Youth Dialogue and EU Youth Conference. This includes participating in ESG meetings when it is necessary (e.g. participation during one hour of online meetings) • Deliver a consultation phase report summarizing the results from consultation activities done by the National Working Groups across the EU and the input from the International Non-Governmental Youth Organisations • Support the organising team in designing the preparation materials for working groups that will be set up during the EU Youth Conference. This may include (online) participation in preparatory meetings (dates tbc). • Participate in the EU Youth Conference from 21st to 23rd of September 2025 in Copenhagen to support the consultation process during the Conference by working closely together with the organising team and group facilitators in taking an analytical record of the working process, content and inputs arising from the EUYC • Deliver a conference report – within the deadline of maximum 30 days after the Conference, to be consulted with the Danish Presidency. Please note: The process continues in the framework of the Presidency of Cyprus and it is likely that the same supplier will be further involved. The supplier will have to candidate for the same position during this presidency as part of a separate process.
