The selection of a European Facilitator to co-chair the European Youth Conference

The EU Youth Conference during the Danish Presidency will take place from the 21st to 23rd of September 2025 in Copenhagen. The Ministry of Children and Education will select a European Facilitator to lead the Conference together with a selected Danish national facilitator. The main tasks of the European Facilitator is to: • Moderate different plenary sessions during the conference together with the national facilitator such as plenary debates and introducing speakers • Co-design material to the group facilitators before the conference • Plan and prepare the methodology and choreography of the working group sessions and plenary sessions in close coopera-tion with the organizing team from the ministry and national youth council • Attend preparatory meetings and debriefing (online) and the EU Youth Conference from the 21st to 23rd of September in Copenhagen • Prepare and facilitate a webinar for the participants to prepare for the conference in advance. Planned for September 2025 (final date TBD) • Ensuring continuity and coherence throughout the 11th cycle by participating in meetings in the European Steering Group if neces-sary (online for selected agenda points).
