Contract advertisement for consultation on DWDM network report

With this contract advertisement the Danish Resilience Agency (DRA), as the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) on security and preparedness in the Danish Telecom Sector, seeks a consultancy company (or other legal entities) to conduct a critical analysis of a technical report on a DWDM network and transition scenarios. This analysis is to result in an independent peer-review report that can challenge or verify the settings in a technical report as described below in the background section and support the preparations for a court trial at the Court of Appeal of Eastern Denmark.
