Consultancy assistance for a review and best practice benchmark of the Danish company register (CVR)

The Danish Business Authority (DBA) is a government agency under the Min-istry of Industry, Business and Financial Affairs, with the mission to create the best conditions for growth in Europe, and to make it easy and attractive to run a business in Denmark. The DBA is the custodian of The Central Business Register (CVR), the Danish state’s master register of information about busi-nesses, comprising the national database of all Danish businesses and legal entities, beneficial owners and company annual reports. The DBA is seeking a comprehensive review and best practice benchmark of the CVR-register based on a comparison with other strong company registers worldwide. The review is intended evaluate the existing register infrastructure and provide the DBA with valuable insights and an actionable 5-year strategy for improving the CVR-register.
