Purchase of Amino Acid Analyzer

DTU requires an Amino Acid Analyzer for research and routine analysis of amino acids in food, feed, protein hydrolysates and related food-grade matrices. The supply shall include a fully integrated amino acid analyzer for accurate qualitative and quantita-tive determination of amino acids in food-relevant samples, including protein hydrolysates, feed/food matrices and, where relevant, free amino acids and biogenic amines. The system should be suitable for high-resolution ion-exchange separation, post-column derivatization, dual-wavelength detection, robust quantification, traceable data handling, training, installation, service, and supply of validated consumables.
