Territorial analysis and needs assessment of the Interreg North Sea Programme

The assignment is intended to provide a focused strategic territorial analysis and needs assessment to support the preparation of the future Interreg North Sea Programme. While the ESPON TNCOOP fiche provides a territorial evidence base, the contractor is expected to complement this, together with the other documents, with an analysis of relevant EU policy developments and in particular, national and regional strategies and strategic considerations across the programme area.
