Beskrivelse
With this procurement, the Contracting Entity seeks to establish a contract for the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of a Realtime Stand Monitoring (RSM) Solution. The procurement concerns a solution supporting the Contracting Entity’s operational monitoring of aircraft stand activities, with the objective of improving operational decision-making, enhancing punctuality, and optimising the utilisation of stand capacity. The Contracting Entity intends to implement the solution through a phased rollout covering 136 existing stand positions. The scope also includes the option to extend the solution to additional stand positions that may be established during the term of the contract.

Beskrivelser af krav til deltagelse

  • Please see Tender Conditions for section references; The Application may include a maximum of three references. It is the Applicant’s responsibility to select the references that are considered most comparable to the tendered contract. If more than three references are submitted, only the first three references listed will be taken into account for the Contracting Entity’s evaluation of the Application. To enable the assessment of suitability and selection, the Applicant's references, as stated in the eESPD, must include the following: a. The reference customer, including contact information b. Contract period as well as time of delivery and commissioning c. Description of the reference customer d. Description of how the reference is similar to the subject matter of the contract as described in section 11.2.1.2 e. Scope of the delivery f. Description of the services delivered g. The Applicant’s role in the delivery The Contracting Entity reserves the right to contact the stated reference customer in order to verify the information provided. The Contracting Entity encourages the applicant to provide a comprehensive yet concise description of the reference, which should not exceed 4800 characters including spaces, equivalent to two (2) A4 pages. In assessing whether the references provided are comparable to the subject matter of the tendered contract, the following aspects will be taken into account: • References demonstrating experience with a suitable range of stand positions, including a variation of different stand types such as MARS stands, stands with jet bridges, and remote stands. • References demonstrating experience with operating the Solution under different weather conditions reflecting all four seasonal changes, such as (but not limited to) fog, snow, rain, sunshine and day/night. • References demonstrating experience with a European Airport working with Airport Collaborative Decision Making (A-CDM) concept. • References demonstrating experience with successfully integrating the Solution to a AODB core system. If more than 3 applicants are not subject to the grounds for exclusion, cf. section 11.1, and meet the minimum suitability requirements, cf. section 11.2, the Contracting Entity will select the 3 applicants to be invited to submit initial tenders on the basis of an assessment of which applicants have demonstrated the most relevant references in relation to the subject matter of the contract; o References that to the greatest possible extent correspond to the subject matter of the contract as described in section 11.2.1.2 - Similarity with the Subject Matter of the Contract o The extent to which the reference customers are comparable in size and complexity to the Contracting Entity. o The Solution is implemented and fully operational (“live”) with around 30 stands or more.

Oplyste optioner

  • This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by both Parties and shall remain in force for a period of forty-eight (48) months from the Handover Date. Thereafter, CPH shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to extend the Agreement for successive periods of twelve (12) months each. The number of such extensions shall be unlimited.
