Market Dialogue on Combined Service for Methane Emissions Measurements and Reporting Basis - 26/15049

As part of Gas Storage Denmark’s implementation of the EU Methane Regulation (EU 2024/1787), Energinet/Gas Storage Denmark invites suppliers to provide market input on a combined service for methane emissions measurements and reporting basis. The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to identify whether the market is equipped to handle the combined services as described above. Timeline: RFI to be issued 22-09-2026 Deadline for answers/comments/questions 11-10-2026 Based on the responses received, Energinet intends to invite 2-4 suppliers to participate in a market dialogue. The dialogue is expected to take place within the system, where Energinet publishes the draft requirement specification, price list and maps of the areas of interest. Energinet would appreciate receiving answers to the following questions by the 11th of October 2026: 1.Are the scope, deliverables and allocation of responsibilities between the supplier and GSD sufficiently clear? If not, please identify any areas requiring clarification. 2.Does the proposed price list provide a suitable basis for pricing the LDAR surveys, site-level measurements and annual reporting services, including relevant mobilisation, data pro-cessing and reporting activities? If not, please suggest specific adjustments to the pricing structure. 3.Based on the proposed contract commencement and the scope of services described in the requirement specification, do suppliers consider the timeline for completing the required 2026 measurement activities and associated reporting by the end of December 2026 to be realistic?
