Procurement regarding Managed Test Services

Testing and quality assurance of the Solutions, managed by KOMBIT on behalf of the Danish Municipalities, are currently part of KOMBITs contracts with the Development Vendors of the Solutions. KOMBIT aims to ensure the best quality for the Municipalities in the future by implementing objective and independent validations of the Solutions. At the same time, KOMBIT seeks to reduce the costs associated with testing and quality assurance. Therefore, KOMBIT wishes, through a tender with negotiation, to enter into an agreement for the establishment of a Managed Test Services set-up. The agreement should support KOMBITs ongoing effort to ensure that digital solutions for Municipalities in Denmark meet and support current needs and future possibilities. This place demands on the quality and KOMBITs approach to validation, verification, and execution of the testing effort for the Solutions that KOMBIT procures on behalf of the Municipalities. The agreement encompasses all elements of a full life-cycle testing process and includes assistance in optimizing, developing, and standardizing testing approaches within KOMBIT.
