Tender of Application Management Services for Nordic Unavailability Collection System (NUCS)

Energinet wishes to engage in dialogue with potential suppliers prior to finalizing the tender for the Nordic Unavailability Collection System (NUCS). The aim of the dialogue is to enhance the quality of both the tender and the contract, and to align the contract with the best practices in the industry. The envisioned contract involves application management services, including development, maintenance, operations and support of the NUCS. The Nordic Unavailability Collection System (NUCS) is a Nordic platform for publishing inside information according to the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (1227/2011) (REMIT) and the Remit Amendment (2024/1106). NUCS also publishes data to the ENTSO-e Transparency Platform (TP) in accordance with the Transparency Regulation (No 543/2013) (TR) and publishes parts of this data on the platform.
