CONTRACT FOR THE DELIVERY OF PLAYER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT INCLUDING RELATED SERVICES

Danske Spil A/S (hereinafter “Danske Spil”) intends to enter into a contract with Scientific Games International GmbH (hereinafter "SG") for a license to use SG's Player Account Management Solution (hereinafter "PAM") for the entire company group, including Danske Licens Spil A/S, ongoing operation and maintenance of the system, as well as the development of components tailored to Danske Spil’s needs. The contract is expected to have a duration of up to 9 years with the option for Dansk Spil to terminate the contract for convenience with a prior notice. The contract is expected to have a monthly value of DKK 1.2–1.4 million for the license and ongoing operation. Additionally, there will be payments for the development of new software components, expected to be approximately DKK 5 million annually, and possibly a one-time payment for SG's purchase of new hardware necessary for SG’s continued delivery of the PAM system. The total expected amount to be paid according to the contract over the course of nine years will be between 200-220 mio. DKK.
