Framework Agreement for Virtual Data Room Services for Ørsted M&A

The Framework Agreement for a Virtual Data Room Service will be used mainly by the Con-tracting Entity’s M&A teams as part of their ongoing divestment transactions. The Contract-ing Entity will enter into Framework Agreement’s with three supplier’s and during the term Call-off Agreements under the Framework Agreement will be awarded by direct award or via mini tenders
