In connection with this invitation to tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement in order to be able to Provision Services through a public Cloud Platform that enables the development and operation of new IT solutions, due to an expectation of achieving simpler administration, faster staff training and fewer support tools.

  • No sub-criteria are applied for 'Price. The tender procedure has been conducted as a framework tender pursuant to Section 45 of the Danish Public Procurement Act. The framework agreement's evaluation price is therefore expressed through a representative selection of comparable products within the tenderers' proposed assortment.
  • For the assessment of 'Quality,' the following sub-criterion are applied: 1. Quality of Services (weighted 85 %) 2. IT and processing security and support (weighted 15 %)
