The contracting entity is tendering for a Framework Agreement (“Framework Agreement”) covering German legal services. The Tender contains 4 lots: Legal services not covered by any other Lots, regulatory advice within offshore wind, advice regarding commodities and customer contracts, and employment and labour law.The Services are subject to the light procedure of directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26.2.2014 (The Utilities Directive).
