Generally the scope of services under this Framework Agreement consist of in-house consultancy services to Femern A/S Technical Division. By “in-house consultancy services”, Femern A/S means putting persons at Femern A/S’s disposal as a resource for a shorter or longer period, as the case may be, to work alongside the employees of Technical Division and under the instruction of Femern A/S.Furthermore, Femern A/S expects the consultant to assist Femern A/S directly with specific assessments of the services delivered from other consultants or the contractors. In connection with these assignments the Consultant will typically be required to work from their own offices and thus not under the direct instruction of Femern A/S.
