service agreement for "Ringfjederpuffer" related to DD trains.

Dear Tenderers, DSB would like to request a quotation for revisions related to the DD1-DD2 (R1) coaches/trains. The materials in question are "Hulsenpuffer links" and "Hulsenpuffer Rechts," which are referred to as "Ringfjederpuffer" in Danish. DSB would appreciate receiving a price per revision, including transport for approximately 150 units of "Hulsenpuffer links" and 150 units of "Hulsenpuffer Rechts." Additionally, DSB would like to know the delivery time, starting from the moment DSB sends them from DSB's warehouse until they are serviced and returned to DSB's warehouse. The task is scheduled to commence in October 2025 and will continue until the end of 2026. Tenderers can find the service plan and the technical specifications for the "Ringfjederpuffer" in the attached documents appendix 2 and 2A. In addition to the planned service, DSB also requests a price for the repair and servicing of unexpectedly defective "Ringfjederpuffer," which may occur from time to time.  The specific description of the tender and the award can be found under "Advertisement conditions", and submission of bids is done using Appendix 2B The quotations will be evaluated based on the lowest price
