Lot 1: Full service except for areas of law covered by lot no. 2 to 4

This lot covers all legal services not covered by lot 2 (Financial regulation); lot 3 (Oil pipeline infrastructure); and lot 4 (Contracts for sale and purchase of gas). However, services directly or indirectly related to M&A transactions or other comparable transactions will always be covered by lot 1 and not any of the individual lots.
