Fleet Services Contract Renewal

Service contract renewal for the fleet of electron microscopes in DTU Nanolab – Characterization. The contract is a renewal of the service contract for the next three years. The contract covers the following microscopes: Quanta 250 FEG, Quanta 200 FEG, Nova NanoSEM 600, Helios Nanolab, Helios 5 Hydra UX, Tec-nai G2 20 S-Twin, Titan 80-300 and Spectra Ultra. The offered service contract (called: Preferred) offers 48h targeted on-site response and includes labor, travel and expenses, certified spare parts, FEG Tip replacement (when applicable), annual preventative maintenance, telephone support, re-mote access (RAPID) and software updates. Additionally for the Helios 5 Hydra UX and Spectra Ultra, which are currently still under warranty, FEI Europe B.V. Branch Denmark offers online services like remote system monitoring/connectred care portal and quarterly review meetings and an associated customer success manager.
