Danmarks Nationalbank's primary objective of ensuring price stability is achieved through maintaining the parity of the exchange rate with the Euro. Consequently, it is crucial to monitor and understand the pres-sures exerted by financial markets on this peg. A comprehensive under-standing of the behavior of financial market participants and potential changes in the international financial system necessitates a comparison of capital flow trends in Denmark and internationally. Access to detailed and high-frequent international capital flow data is essential for facilitating research on capital flows, thereby addressing a core need to inform Danmarks Nationalbank's financial market analysis and support the central bank in fulfilling its mandate. Specifically, ob-taining capital flow data with a higher frequency than currently availa-ble through public sources, such as the IMF's Balance of Payments sta-tistics, would enhance Danmarks Nationalbank's ability to comprehend capital flow developments in real time in times of geopolitical changes and potential periods of financial volatility as well as during potential periods of stress in the foreign exchange market. Moreover, information on origin and destination of capital flows would support Danmarks Nationalbank in identifying the underlying drivers of flows. Data access is intended primarily for employees within the Economics and Monetary Policy Department. The pricing should cover access for at least 10 employees in this department during the contract term.
